Who shops in a store like this?

Sadly the answer is me.
This is my local Primark.
I know what you are thinking, "It's Primark, of course it is going to be messy" and yes, the clothes are cheap, but the truth is the staff are still getting paid the same amount of money as other, much tidier shops. So why should they do less work? Just because the clothes are cheap doesn't mean they should be treated like they have been taken to a rubbish dump.
What are your opinions on the matter? Do you care how the places you shop look or doesn't it matter as long as they have the stock you want?

I have a lot more to say on the matter of shops. Having been in retail for 7 years I have learnt my fair shares of rights and wrongs.
Bon Marche are way up there on my hit list. But that is a whole other post.

Outfit Mash Ups

Do you ever see certain items of clothing in a store and think "How on earth would anyone wear that?"

Do you ever see people in the street with the most obscurely put together outfit but some how it works?

Do any of you have friends who can literally wear anything and still look stunning?

I do.

And that would be Steph.

I constantly find myself in shops holding up items saying "This is beautiful, it would look great on Steph"
and not just me, a few of my friends do it too.

Now I am not saying her outfits are particularly strange or mashed up however she does make things look amazing that on other people just wouldn't work.

I suppose it is all about being confident and happy with what you wear. I really admire Steph for wearing what she wants when she wants and looking bloody good while doing it.

I adore her taste in clothes and fashion and love the fact she doesn't follow any rules but her own. She has been like this for as long as I have known her and knows exactly how to dress for her shape, size, height and colouring. You don't get much more fashion forward than Miss Steph.

What do you think?

25 Things To Do Before I'm 25.

Wednesday was my 23rd birthday and what better way to spend it than planning the next two years.
  • Get a career
  • Learn to drive
  • Go on a girls holiday
  • Slim down to a size 10
  • Get a boyfriend
  • Get a new bed
  • Get a tattoo
  • Learn to be positive
  • Become an independent woman
  • Get a car
  • Go back to dancing
  • Network (as in meet new friends, and not spend yet more time online)
  • Explore new place
  • Learn to trust people
  • Become more assertive
  • Go to Disneyland Paris
  • Become more confident
  • Buy a Louis Vuitton Speedy 35
  • Come off the anti-depressants
  • Teach someone a skill
  • Make a change to someone else's life
  • Do something for charity
  • Go to an aquarium (I have a phobia of fish that I wish to conquer)
  • Find a coffee I like
  • Go on an impromptu road trip
So there we have it. 25 things to do before I am 25.
I would love to see what you would like to accomplish or do before a certain age.

Think Thin

On my way to weight loss heaven I may have stumbled on a few steps.

I started off super positive and maybe slightly ambitious. I not only put myself on a fairly strict diet but I invested in weight loss pills, shakes and meal replacement bars.

After 3 days on diet pills and nothing but tummy trouble I decided that was enough. Suddenly changing my diet and filling my stomach with strange tablets was enough to send my body in to shock. I will however resume taking these at a later date. They are perfectly legal and all natural. They are just a way of speeding up your metabolism and getting a few extra vitamins and minerals.

The meal replacement bar is a whole other kettle of fish which I will be sharing with you very soon.

However after week one on the disaster diet I was able to lose 2.3lbs.  The only problem is, I found I was starving myself. I was hungry all the time. So I decided to snack more (on all good stuff obviously)

Tomorrow is week 2 weigh in and I can't wait to see the results (and then find lots of excuses for why they are so bad)

Are any of you on a weight loss mission at the moment? Tell me about your tips and tricks and we can loose together. (Then snack of celebratory cupcakes)

Blog Botox

As you may or may not be able to tell, my blog has had a minor face lift. Some blog botox if you will.

I was finding the constant demand for beauty related posts difficult to keep up with. On days when something else seemed more important or I just wanted to have a nice long rant I longed for somewhere to write about it all.

Well here it is. All That Jazz take 2.

The blog will be the same as usual with all my posts appearing around here somewhere, however, the gorgeous Abby has broken the blog down in to categories.

Or at least she will of when I actually start writing stuff.

So if you are only interested in makeup and beauty then the "Parties & Pampering" section is where you need to head off to. If you fancy hearing about my tragic love life then skip merrily "Mates & Dates" and...well.... you get the idea.

Hopefully having a more open blog will give me the chance to blog more often and maybe even open myself up to a wider audience.

Let me know what you think of the idea and keep your eyes open for my first new post.
